Beginners Surf Course
(Level I – Level II)
If you’re getting ready for your first surf experience, our Beginner’s package is a great start.
It includes five lessons where you’ll learn the basics and improve your skills for independent surfing. We suggest taking one weekly lesson to make your learning journey more effective and enjoyable.
The 5-lesson package comes with a one-year expiration.
Intermediate
Course
The Intermediate course is designed for students who have started surfing independently but still have much to learn to enhance their skills. This training focuses on ensuring proper positioning, wave selection, and mastering lateral movement on the waves. Throughout the course, students can try smaller and larger surfboards, gaining insights into factors like wind, swell, forecasts, and the best beaches to surf.
The course consists of five surf lessons, with two sessions held at El Palmar and the remaining two as surf tours to other beaches in the Panama Bay area. This allows you to experience different waves, ultimately improving your surfing skills. The training package includes transportation, use of surfboards, and video analysis after each session.
