Private lessons
Our experienced and prepared instructors will teach you the basics of surfing in a fun and safe environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced surfer, we have a lesson for you.
All surfing equipment is included, so you must show up and have fun!
Semi-Private lessons
With a maximum of 3 students per instructor, our semi-private lessons are the perfect way for beginners of all ages to take their first steps in the sport. In our 1.5-hour sessions, you’ll learn the basics of surfing in a fun and supportive environment.
No prior experience is required, and all necessary equipment is provided.
Stand-up paddle lessons
Experience the beauty of El Palmar Mangrove on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) with Panama Surf School. Our 1-hour private lessons are customized to your individual needs, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced paddler. Learn the fundamentals of SUP and explore the area at your own pace. All equipment is included. Book your lesson today!
Corporate Group Lessons
Give your staff an unforgettable team-building experience with corporate surf lessons from Panama Surf School. Our lessons promote teamwork, confidence, focus, and communication in a safe and fun environment. No prior experience is necessary.
After a brief warm-up and instruction, your team will be ready to hit the water. The package includes surf lessons, a tent, a cooler, surfboards, t-shirts, yoga, and lunch.
Surf Camp for kids
Embark on the excitement and adventure of the ocean as your kids learn to surf at Panama Surf School! Our surf camps offer a safe and enjoyable environment for kids aged five and up to grasp the fundamentals of surfing, environmental care, water safety, and other engaging activities.
Our camps are available for half days or full weeks throughout January, February, July, and August. Enroll your kids today and let them experience the thrill of surfing!
Surf´s Up Birthday bash
What better way to celebrate your birthday than with a surfing adventure? Panama Surf School offers a 2-hour group surfing lesson with all necessary equipment and instructors. Additionally, participants can indulge in 1 hour of beach activities, games, and competitions guided by our experienced Panama Surf School staff.
The package includes a tent, table, soccer/volleyball balls, a cooler with fresh water, t-shirts, and surfboards. Make your birthday unforgettable with the thrill of surfing and beachside fun.
